Terms of Service

1. Payments & Deposits

• 50% Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any design or registration work begins.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before the website goes live or high-resolution branding files are released.
• Methods: Payments are accepted via EFT to the business account provided on your invoice.

2. Timelines

We strive to complete standard websites within 5-7 business days and CIPC registrations within 3 business days. However, delays caused by CIPC system downtime or delayed client content submission are outside our control.

3. Monthly Hosting & Maintenance

If you choose to host with us, a monthly fee of R150 applies. This covers:

• Server hosting fees.
• Business email accounts (e.g., info@yourbusiness.co.za).
• Security updates and backups.

Failure to pay monthly fees for 2 consecutive months may result in website suspension.

4. Revisions

Our design packages generally include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional major design changes after the project scope has been agreed upon may incur an hourly rate.
